Panos Ioannidis is a Greek Chef, businessman, writer, cooking teacher and one of the most renowned professionals in the local gastronomy scene.
He began his career as a professional cook in important 5-star hotels and restaurants in Greece and abroad. During his stay in Italy, he worked in haute cuisine kitchens such as Gianinno restaurant in Milan with two Michelin stars, Villa d'Este in Lake Como, Hotel Pitrizza in Sardinia and the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan.
From 1999 to 2015 he was Executive Chef at the Royal Danish Embassy in Athens.
From 2008 until today, he has been delivering specialized professional seminars to private schools.
In 2019, he released his first book entitled "Risotti". In the same year, he opened the OVIO restaurant to house his great love for Italian cuisine. In 2020, he followed another project that marries his passion for gastronomy with his love for quality cinema, Stellar Gastrocinema.
In 2021, he created the OZ37 Gastronomy Studio, a multi-purpose boutique that hosts, among other things, cooking and pastry seminars, culinary pop-up events, private dinners, corporate events and team-building events, wine tastings
